Julia Mertens

Julia Mertens is an experienced HR professional with a focus on talent management and organizational development. Since September 2016, Julia has held the position of HR Manager in People and Organisational Development at Die Grünenthal Gruppe, where responsibilities include managing talent nomination processes and leading global HR projects. Prior to this role, Julia gained valuable experience as an Intern in Personnel Development and Recruiting at Forschungszentrum Jülich, and as an Intern in Personnel Development at Terex Corporation. Julia holds a Master of Science in Work, Organization and Health Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Radboud University.
