Megan Renze

Megan Renze serves as Co-Chair of the Mendham Township Special Education Parent Advisory Group since September 2023. With a career at Grünenthal Group beginning in April 2014, Megan has held the roles of Senior Legal Counsel for Global Projects, Head of Legal for Latin America, and Vice President, overseeing legal matters and facilitating the startup of new business operations in the United States. As Legal Team Lead for the LatAm region, responsibilities included providing legal counsel related to acquisitions and local law compliance. Additionally, Megan has been a Member of the Board of Directors for KrabbeConnect since May 2019. Previous experience includes an attorney position at Baker McKenzie from January 2007 to March 2014, focusing on corporate and finance law, and serving as Associate General Counsel at Banco Santander from September 2004 to October 2006. Megan holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Spanish from Augsburg University.
