Pietro Villano is a seasoned professional in operational excellence with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Operational Excellence Manager at Grünenthal Group since June 2022, Pietro has successfully organized Hoshin Kanri workshops and led initiatives driving continuous improvement and cultural change within the plant.
