Rita Hugo-Olbertz

Rita Hugo-Olbertz has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Associate Director - HR Business Partner for the CFO Area at Die Grünenthal Gruppe since March 2009. Previously, Rita held positions as Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager within the same organization, contributing to various HR functions including onboarding, recruitment, staff planning, and the implementation of HR initiatives. Rita's educational background includes a Diplom-Betriebswirtin in Intercultural Management and Human Resources from the University of Aachen and Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Compiègne, as well as a coaching certification from the ifb-Jiranek Institute for Industrial Psychology. Early training as a wholesale and export specialist was completed at Otto Geilenkirchen GmbH & Co. KG.
