Jürgen Valter

Jürgen Valter has extensive work experience in the legal field. Jürgen began their career as a Lawyer at Rimess from April 2002 to August 2008. Jürgen then joined Glikman & Partnerid Advokaadibüroo as an Attorney-at-law from October 2008 to February 2011. Following that, they co-founded Advokaadibüroo Valter & Tiivel in 2011, where they served as a Partner and attorney, specializing in civil court proceedings and legal issues related to transactions and businesses. During their time at Advokaadibüroo Valter & Tiivel, they also acted as a Member of the Supervisory Board at AS Qualitex from October 2014 and as an Angel Investor at Adovinci from April 2019. In 2012, they established their own company, TSIRKUS Oü, where they served as the Owner. Jürgen later joined AS Tuleleek as a Member of the Supervisory Board from January 2017 until their current role as the Head of Legal at Grünfin since November 2020.

Jürgen Valter completed their Bachelor's degree in Law from Õigusinstituut (currently a branch of Tartu University) in the years 1998-2002. Later, in 2005-2006, they pursued further education and obtained an LL.M. degree in Law from the University of Amsterdam.
