Don Crocker is a seasoned leader in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors, currently serving as the Managing Partner and CEO of CadencePace Partners since January 2020, where the focus is on enhancing organizational effectiveness and impact for philanthropic and nonprofit leaders. In addition to this role, Don serves as a Senior Advisor to the Grunin Foundation and Services for the UnderServed, providing guidance on nonprofit capabilities and community services. As an Adjunct Professor at New York University’s Heyman Center for Philanthropy and Fundraising, Don teaches various aspects of philanthropic giving. With a strong background in nonprofit management, Don has previously held senior roles at organizations such as the Support Center for Nonprofit Management, Grantmakers for Effective Organizations, and NJACIL/ADA, Inc. Notably, Don's educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Queens College, a Master’s in Strategic Leadership & Management from Manhattanville University, and various certificates in nonprofit management and organizational leadership.
