Sonya joined the company in 2011 with more than two decades of professional services marketing experience in the engineering, construction and legal industries. She leads Grunley’s marketing, communications and business development strategies with the goal of advancing the company’s brand, strengthening awareness in the marketplace and driving revenue growth. As head of the Marketing and Business Development group, Sonya leads a talented and creative team focused on future business opportunities, client relationships, proposal management, brand stewardship, advertising, publicity/crisis communications, digital/social media marketing, website management, collateral, and corporate event planning.
