Emma Richard

Emma Richard currently serves as a BizOps Associate at Grüns since October 2025. Prior to this role, Emma worked at Misfits Market as a Senior Data Analyst from February 2024 to October 2025 and held the same title at Dr. Squatch from May 2021 to February 2024, where Emma also held the position of Data Analyst. Emma began a career in research as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder from August 2020 to May 2021. Before entering the data analysis field, Emma co-founded and served as CEO of Venture Flow Yoga from September 2019 to August 2020. Emma holds a Master's degree in Business Analytics and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, both from the University of Colorado Boulder.
