Stefan Schwarz has held various roles throughout their work experience. Stefan co-founded the European Labour Mobility Institute in 2013, where they currently serve as President. Stefan is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Grupa ATERIMA since 2011 and at Akademia Opiekunów since 2014. Additionally, they have served as Wiceprezes Zarządu (Vice President of the Management Board) at Polskie Forum HR since 2014. Prior to these roles, they co-founded InterKadra Sp. z o.o. in 2006 and served until 2011.

Stefan Schwarz pursued their education in a highly specialized and diverse manner. Stefan began their academic journey in 1999 at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie, where they obtained a Master's degree in the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovation. This program lasted until 2003. Continuing their educational endeavors, Stefan enrolled at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie and Södertörn University simultaneously, where they obtained two Master of Science degrees. At Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie, they pursued a Master's degree in Business and Public Administration from 2002 to 2004. Moreover, at Södertörn University, Stefan focused on Marketing & Human Resource Management, completing their Master of Science degree in 2004.
