Piotr Lasecki

Piotr Lasecki is an experienced chef with a strong background in hotel cuisine, currently serving as the Head Chef at Courtyard by Marriott Warsaw Airport since September 2016. Prior to this, Piotr held the position of Head Chef at Novotel Airport Warsaw for over 13 years, where operational responsibilities included managing a 4-star hotel with 281 rooms and a restaurant, achieving an annual food and beverage turnover of approximately 8 million PLN. Piotr also briefly served as the Deputy Head Chef at Novotel Centrum Warsaw, overseeing a larger facility with 733 rooms and a conference space, and achieving an annual food and beverage turnover around 15 million PLN.
