Beata Windysz has extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as an Ekspert ds. Sprzedaży and Senior Key Account Manager at Grupa Pracuj since January 2013. In this role, Beata collaborates with employers from the Lower Silesia and Opole regions, assisting in the preparation and publication of recruitment advertisements, advising on effective publication tools for recruitment projects, and demonstrating strategies for successful employer branding.
