Javier's career includes significant tenures as International Sales and Marketing Director at UCC Coffee Iberia, International Marketing Director at Yıldız Holding, and Marketing Director at Kellogg Company, among other roles. Javier has successfully driven growth and innovation in FMCG, utilizing a strong strategic approach in brand and portfolio management, consumer engagement, and channel-specific activations. An accomplished educator, Javier has also taught at the Sales Innovation School.
