Rui Tavares is an experienced finance and office manager with a proven track record in cash flow management and team leadership, currently overseeing a team of 15 Account Managers at Grupo Bensaude since March 2016. Responsibilities include managing credit and accounts receivable collections, developing innovative strategies to reduce receivables balances, and enhancing departmental efficiency. Prior experience includes leadership roles at NOVO BANCO, where Rui managed the Small Businesses Segment and the External Promoters Network, as well as positions at Banco Espírito Santo S.A., focusing on mass market and retail client segments. Rui holds an Executive Program in Performance and Management Control from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and an MBA from Universidade dos Açores, complemented by additional studies in management science and business administration.
