Aldin Delfino

Aldin Delfino serves as the Global Health and Wellness Manager at Grupo Bimbo since January 2021. Prior to this role, Aldin held the position of New Business and Health & Wellness Manager at Bimbo Iberia from April 2017 to October 2022 and was the Global Marketing Manager for Categories at Corporativo Bimbo from January 2016 to April 2017, focusing on global cookies category management and integration projects. Aldin's earlier experience includes various marketing and product development roles at Panificadora Bimbo del Uruguay from 2006 to 2015, and teaching food chemistry at the Universidad de la República from September 2005 to February 2006. Aldin's career began at Unilever Bestfoods, where administrative and customer service skills were developed. Aldin holds a degree in Nutrition from Universidad de la República, completed in 2007.
