Andrea Montes de Oca Hdez

Andrea Montes De Oca Hdez has extensive experience at Grupo Bimbo since November 2017, holding various titles including Transformation Manager at Barcel, Global Innovation Manager, and Global Agile Coach & Internal Auditor. Responsibilities include coaching teams in the Global Innovation Model, implementing innovative product and process strategies, and leading the development of the agile model within the organization. Prior to this, Andrea served as a research assistant and laboratory intern at Universidad Iberoamericana, where foundational experience in quality assurance and project metrics was gained. Andrea holds a Master's degree in Quality Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, along with academic exchange experience at Universidad de Salamanca, and is currently pursuing a degree in Strategic Management and Business Development at Universidad Iberoamericana.
