Diana Hernández is a seasoned professional in the fields of quality management and food safety, currently serving as the Global Quality and Food Safety Supervisor at Grupo Bimbo since June 2022. With a robust background from Mérieux NutriSciences - North America, Diana has held key roles including Laboratory Director, where responsibilities extended to overseeing a food analysis laboratory and maintaining the Quality Management System. Additionally, as the Regional Technical Manager for Microbiology, oversight included ensuring laboratory compliance with quality guidelines and providing technical support for method implementations. As a Molecular Biology Manager, Diana led the successful implementation of molecular detection methods for food safety. Educational credentials include a Licenciatura in Biotecnología from Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, complemented by valuable research experience in various scientific projects and internships throughout the early career.
