Marco Gutierrez

Marco Gutierrez has extensive experience in research and development, human resources, and organizational management. Currently serving as Global R&D Planning and Control at Grupo Bimbo since July 2014, Marco has previously owned Centro de Idiomas y Cultura from November 2005 to July 2015. Additional roles include overseeing human capital at ROTOPLAS from April 2008 to May 2012, managing labor relations and collective bargaining at Mars from October 2000 to October 2005, and contributing to new product development at both Mars from 1996 to 2000 and Jugos Del Valle-Santa Clara from 1993 to 1996. Marco holds a degree in Chemistry with a specialization in Food from Universidad La Salle, A.C., obtained in 1993.
