Pablo Sanchez

Pablo Sanchez serves as the Director at Bimbo Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Grupo Bimbo, since July 2021, where responsibilities include defining investment missions, identifying opportunities, and managing relationships with venture capitalists. In addition, Pablo is a Board Member at Mekitec and previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Kanan Smart Solutions from June 2019 to July 2021, focusing on AI-based food inspection systems. Prior consulting experience at Bain & Company, spanning roles as Consultant and Summer Associate, provided expertise in sectors such as Retail Banking and Consumer Products. Early career highlights include serving as a Substitute Congressman and Legislative Advisor in the Mexico City Legislative Assembly and working as a Senior Analyst at C-230 Consultores. Pablo holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master's in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, a Licenciado in Derecho from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, and a Licenciado in Economía from Universidad Anáhuac.
