Pedro Afonso de Paulo

Pedro Afonso de Paulo is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in environmental management and business development. As Co-founder and Board Director (CBO) at Grupo Blueotter since October 2016, Pedro has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction. Prior to this, Pedro served as Executive Director at Grupo-Sapec, where responsibilities included overseeing business development in the environmental sector. Pedro also held significant government roles, including Secretary of State for Environment and Spatial Planning in Portugal. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management and a Master’s in Financial Analysis from ISEG. Additionally, Pedro holds a licenciatura in Economics from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa and completed secondary education at Salesianos do Estoril.
