Guilherme Reichmann is an experienced executive with a strong background in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business development across various industries. Currently serving as Executive Director of Strategy, M&A, and GB Ventures at Grupo Boticário since September 2024, Guilherme previously held the position of Chief Strategy and New Business Officer at Lojas Renner S.A. from June 2020 to January 2023. Earlier roles include Entrepreneur In Residence at Movile, Head of Digital Business at Grupo Boticário, Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, and Management Trainee at Vivo. An MBA graduate from MIT Sloan School of Management, Guilherme also holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal do Paraná.
