Rossana Gama

Rossana Gama is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the retail and franchise sectors, currently serving as Diretora and Country Manager at Grupo Boticário since January 2021. In this role, Rossana is responsible for the strategy, execution, and expansion of sales channels for the brands O Boticário and Quem disse Berenice in Europe. Prior to this, Rossana held the position of Head at quem disse, berenice? from August 2013 to January 2021, overseeing commercial indicators and managing sales incentive programs. Rossana's earlier experience includes roles at Mahogany Cosméticos and Oticas Carol, where responsibilities encompassed franchise implementation, business analysis, and training. Rossana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Centro Universitário Celso Lisboa.
