Majid Taher

Majid Taher has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. Majid is currently the CEO of Grupo Cant since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder of Merchants Grow SL starting from 2018. From 2012 to 2018, they served as the Regional Director at Luis Simões, responsible for the management of multiple sites and overseeing warehouse operations. Before that, they held the position of Regional Director at Stef Iberia from 2007 to 2012, where they managed multiple sites and handled commercial development. Majid also worked as a Manager at Transportes Azkar from 2004 to 2007, where they focused on cost reduction and client development. Majid'searlier experience includes serving as the Director of Global Supply Chain at INTERSPORT GROUP from 1992 to 2004, where they managed warehouse and logistics operations. Between 2019 and 2022, they worked as an Interim Manager, participating in various projects as a CEO and COO, focusing on strategic planning and cost reduction.

Majid Taher's education history begins in 1985 when they attended the American College of Paris, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Economy.

In 1991, they pursued further education at EADA Business School and completed a Master of Marketing Management as a part of a postgraduate program.

From 1993 to 1994, Taher attended ICT-UPC, obtaining a Master of Commercial Distribution during their postgraduate studies.

Continuing their education journey, in 1997, they enrolled in ICIL, where they completed a Master of Supply Chain degree as part of a postgraduate program.

Most recently, in 2016 to 2017, Taher attended the IESE Business School, where they completed the General Management Program (PDG) as part of their executive education.
