Andrea Demaria

Andrea Demaria has an extensive career at Grupo Cargo ARG, beginning in March 1998 and currently serving as Gte I+D+I. In this role, Andrea focuses on identifying, designing, and implementing innovative projects that integrate new technologies and improve processes based on lean concepts. Previous positions include Jefe de área de I+D+I, responsible for engineering process improvements, and leading the area of Organization and Method, where Andrea conducted ongoing studies of organizational structure and sensitive process reliability. Additionally, Andrea has experience as Responsable del área de Proyectos Informáticos and as an Analista Funcional, overseeing the viability and performance of application developments. Andrea also held a teaching position at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and holds multiple postgraduate degrees in Project Management and Information Security, complemented by an engineering degree and a university analyst degree in systems from the same institution.
