Julio Capua is an experienced finance and business professional with a strong background in co-founding and managing companies. As Co-Founder of Grupo Carnaúba since January 2019 and a partner at Sertões since 2018, Julio has been instrumental in guiding entrepreneurial ventures. Prior to these roles, Julio served as Co-Founder and CFO at XP Inc. from September 2004 to January 2019, where significant contributions to the company's growth were made. Earlier in the career, Julio worked as Financial Manager at SC Johnson from 1998 to 2004, further enhancing financial acumen and leadership capabilities.
