Laiza Miranda

Laiza Miranda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project consulting and management. Since August 2022, Laiza has been a Consultor de Projetos at Grupo Carrefour Brasil, focusing on organizational efficiency and strategic project implementation across various departments, including Finance and HR. Prior experience includes roles as a Consultant at AGR Consultores, where Laiza led medium complexity projects using scrum methodology, and as a Management Consultant at Vector Consulting - Brasil, where Laiza implemented governance projects and process improvements. Additional experience includes enhancing process engineering at Hypera and engaging in Lean projects during positions at Lean Way Consulting and Autoliv. Laiza holds an MBA from USP/Esalq and a Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma.
