A notable portion of Marcelo's career was spent at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where roles included VP Solutions for Latin America, Global VP of Information & Business Services, and Managing Director of multiple Shared Service Centers across Europe. Marcelo's career began in auditing at Arthur Andersen and transitioned through financial and operational roles, including Business Development Manager at Firmenich and Project Manager at Accenture. Educational credentials include an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
