Daniel Gustavo Solano Bravo

Head Nuevos Proyectos Perú at Grupo Central

Daniel Gustavo Solano Bravo has held several roles in the past 14 years. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at Pardos Chicken as a Coordinador de Proyectos and Controller. Daniel Gustavo then moved to Wu Restaurantes, where they held the roles of Jefe de Proyectos and Asesor de Proyectos from 2012 to 2015. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Grupo Kong as Jefe de Proyectos, where they were responsible for the importation of pre-fried potatoes from Belgium to the central warehouse, and for the construction, implementation, and enabling of Villa Chicken, Café Pancho Fierro, and Chifa Kong restaurants. Daniel Gustavo also served as Head of Maintenance to reorganize, plan, and supervise the activities of personnel, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance of the restaurants. Since 2019, Daniel has been working as a Consultor en Gestión de Proyectos as an independent consultant. Daniel Gustavo is currently the Head of New Projects in Peru for Grupo Central.

Daniel Gustavo Solano Bravo has a diverse educational background. Daniel Gustavo obtained their Ingeniería Informática degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú in 1999-2000. From 2007-2013, they studied Negocios Internacionales at Universidad de San Martín de Porres. In 2019, they completed a Metrados y presupuestos course at Instituto CAPECO in the field of Ingeniería civil. Additionally, they have also taken an intermediate level English course at Centro Cultural Peruano Británico.
