Vivian Galdames Cárdenas has worked in various roles since 2015. In 2015, they were a Hostess Restaurant Senso at Grand Hyatt Santiago, where they were responsible for coordinating dining activities, maintaining a customer database, directing customers to their tables and waiting areas, ordering supplies for service stations, resolving customer complaints, and liaising with kitchen staff and dining personnel. During this time, they also worked on a strategy to position the restaurant as the number two in the city on TripAdvisor. In 2016, Vivian was promoted to Supervisora departamento de banquetes at Grand Hyatt Santiago, where they were in charge of overseeing the correct execution of social and corporate events, and developed a close and trusting relationship with customers. Vivian was also responsible for implementing setups and service standards, as well as developing operational manuals for the department. In 2017, Vivian moved to Courtyard by Marriott as a Food & Beverage Manager, where they were in charge of the full operation of the hotel's food and beverage department. Vivian worked on the creation of operational manuals to set and teach team standards and service sequences, as well as activating the hotel's terrace as an independent sales point within the department. In 2018, Vivian became the Gerente de Eventos y Banquetes at Hyatt Centric Las Condes Santiago, where they were in charge of creating the department during the hotel's opening period, including protocols, operational manuals, personnel hiring, and general aesthetics. Vivian also established departmental objectives, budgets, and internal policies. In 2020, Vivian took on the role of Customer Success Specialist at Justo. In 2021, they became the Asesora de Gestion Comercial y Marketing at Tarragona, where they actively collaborated in the company's commercial strategy and brand positioning, and contributed to the development of new products and gastronomic offer. Finally, Vivian is currently the Key Account Manager and Analista de Onboarding & Customer Success at Grupo Central.

Vivian Galdames Cárdenas attended Universidad de Artes, Ciencias y Comunicación from 2017 to 2019, where they earned their degree in Ingeniería en control de gestión with a focus in Administración y gestión de empresas, general. Prior to that, they attended Universidad de Santiago de Chile from 2010 to 2014 and earned their degree in Automatización Industrial with a focus in Tecnología e instrumentación.
