Gustavo Uñates

Gustavo Uñates has had an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Gustavo started their career in 1991 at FREDDO S.A. / AROMA CAFÉ S.A. as the Responsible for Jobs, Training & Development. Gustavo then worked at Copygraph S.A. as the Responsible for Human Resources, and later at Pioneer Hi-Bred International Inc as the Responsible for Personnel Administration, Remunerations, and Benefits. In 2001, they joined Norauto as the Responsible for Human Resources & Organization. From 2005 to 2006, they worked at Un Altra VOLTA (Cía. Alimenticia, Helados & Chocolates) as the Responsible for Human Resources. Gustavo then moved to Molinos Rio de la Plata, where they held the positions of Senior Compensation Analyst and Compensation Manager in the Human Resources department. Currently, Gustavo works at Cepas Argentinas as the Head of Human Capital.

In 1996, they attended Universidad del Salvador and pursued a degree in Licenciado en Administración de Recursos Humanos. Gustavo completed this program in 1999.

In 2003, Gustavo enrolled in Universidad del Salvador once again, this time for a Master's degree in Dirección de Empresas. Gustavo successfully completed the program in 2004.

In 2010, they briefly attended Universidad de 'San Andrés' to participate in the Programa Ejecutivo Desafíos Estratégicos en la Gestión de Personas, with a focus on Recursos Humanos. The program was finished in the same year.

It should be noted that no field of study was specified for the Licenciado degree obtained in 1999.
