Jose de Jesus Rodriguez Mora is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Business Intelligence and technical support. Currently serving as Gerente de Business Intelligence at GRUPO CHARLY since March 2010, Jose has led strategic projects that enhance business units and has been responsible for developing and implementing Business Intelligence solutions aligned with executive initiatives. Previously, Jose worked at Abarrotes San Jorge as a developer and technical support specialist, creating infrastructure for remote support and developing applications in Visual Basic 6. Early career experience includes providing technical support and network cabling at Grupo YAKO. Jose holds a Master's degree in High Management and Competitive Intelligence from Universidad La Salle Bajío and has completed various certifications in business intelligence and technology.
