Paula Esteves

Paula Esteves is the CEO at Grupo Cia de Talentos. Paula has been with the company since September 2000, when they started as an Analista de Projetos. Paula was promoted to Coordenadora de Projetos in December 2004, Gerente de Vagas Pontuais in December 2006, Gerente de Projetos in December 2007, Head Divisão América Latina in December 2009, and Diretora in January 2012. In April 2015, they were again promoted, this time to Sócia Diretora, and became CEO in January 2021.
