Martin Dam, van is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Gerente General / CEO of GRUPO COBAN since July 2020, Martin has held CEO positions at Empresas Adoc and Grupo Progreso Costa Rica, along with roles as COO at Aeroman and Managing Director at SABMiller. Martin's expertise includes industry analysis, business startup support, and operational management, complemented by a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD and a Master’s degree in Management & Organization from the University of Groningen.
