The Company was founded in June 1982 with the objective of rendering outsourcing services in Accounting, Taxes, Consultancy, Payroll, Treasury and global Management Support. In 1998 it bought out the department of Small Business - Accounting Services from the company Ernst & Young, which gave it an international dimension and added value to its already solid reference in the Portuguese market, that has been gradually won over.
