May Mejía

May Mejía is an experienced executive coach and consultant with a focus on organizational change and individual potential maximization, currently facilitating these processes at May Mejía since March 2021. Additionally, May Mejía serves as a competency evaluator at Grupo Consultor EFE since October 2020, previously working there as an executive coach from June 2018 to March 2020 across various locations including Tijuana, CDMX, Venezuela, and Guatemala. With a solid background as a consultant, coach, and speaker at Colegio de Líderes de Excelencia S.C. from 2005 to February 2017, May Mejía has designed various training programs and conducted organizational diagnostics. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human and Organizational Development from Universidad del Valle de Atemajac and a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Instituto Tecnológico de Jiquilpan, complemented by training in Image Consulting from Instituto Clase y Estilo.
