Jean Maldonado

Jean Maldonado currently serves as Coordinador de Compensaciones at Grupo Costeño since February 2023, taking charge of payroll calculations, projections, and budget management to support the Human Capital department. Prior experience includes roles at MAS Bodega y Logística where responsibilities ranged from improving human resources administration to managing supply chain cataloging and pricing for 7-Eleven. Jean's background in finance is further supported by a position at HSBC as a banking executive and at AFIRME Grupo Financiero, where leadership and customer service were key components of the role. Jean holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Systems from Universidad Tecmilenio, completed in 2020.
