Gabriel Arturo Castro Mora is an experienced production supervisor and leader in the food industry, currently serving as Supervisor de Producción at Grupo Diana since April 2023. With a comprehensive background that includes roles at Grupo AJE, Alquería, Gloria Colombia, Signa Grain S.A.S, Restcafé S.A.S, Industria de Alimentos Liroyaz Ltda, Alimentos Cárnicos (Grupo Nutresa), and Parmek de Colombia Ltda, Gabriel has developed expertise in planning, coordinating, and executing production processes while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
