The financial division focuses on providing banking services for the mass market through Banco Azteca, as well as includes other financial service providers, such as Advance America, offering short-term loans in the United States; Seguros Azteca, providing life and liability insurance; Afore Azteca, managing pension funds, and Punto Casa de Bolsa, offering securities brokerage. The commercial division sells motorcycles, under its own Italika brand name, as well as electronics, appliances, furniture, cell phones and money transfers, among others, within its stores under the Elektra and Salinas y Rocha brand names.
