Lilian Ghirotto

Lilian Ghirotto currently serves as the Coodenadora de Desenvolvimento Humano Organizacional (DHO) at Grupo Elettromec, where responsibilities include leading the T&D team and implementing HR processes aligned with business strategies. Previous roles include HR Business Partner SR, coordinating HR consultancy and decision-making support. Additionally, Ghirotto is the Coordinator of GEDEPEC, overseeing a network of over 20 companies focused on professional development in Human Resources. Past experience encompasses positions at TAKASAGO BRASIL, Industria Química, and several other organizations, providing expertise in recruitment, training, payroll, and employee relations. Ghirotto holds a postgraduate degree in Human Potential Development and a Technology degree in Human Resource Management.
