Paola Guerrero

Paola Guerrero is an experienced professional in ethics and compliance, currently serving as the Directora de Etica y Cumplimiento at Grupo ESTRELLA since May 2018. Prior to this role, Paola held various positions at AES DOMINICANA, including Directora de Etica y Cumplimiento-Senior Compliance Officer, where responsibilities focused on enforcing compliance with anti-corruption and anti-money laundering laws while supporting business development transactions and reviewing complex international agreements. Paola began at AES in December 2005 as Regional Compliance Officer and subsequently served as Generation Legal Manager.
