Rodrigo Tavares

Rodrigo Tavares currently serves as a Técnico de recursos humanos at Grupo ETE since November 2022, overseeing the temporary work agency ETT PRIME with responsibilities including administrative process management, client management, recruitment and selection, occupational safety and hygiene, and billing/accounting. Additionally, Rodrigo fulfills backup duties at ETP PRIME, managing the bi-daily placement of dockworkers across various terminals while maintaining similar administrative and safety oversight. Prior to this role, Rodrigo worked as an Assistente de contabilidade at SEMMAIS from September 2019 to July 2023. Rodrigo holds a Licenciatura in Gestão de Recursos Humanos from the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal, obtained in 2023.
