Michael Thompson is a Whisky Specialist at Raim S.A. since January 2023 and has owned Caledonia Formacio S.L. and Gravitas Drinks since March 2002 and January 2021, respectively, with Gravitas Drinks serving as an official importer and distributor of artisanal spirits. Additionally, Michael co-founded Scottish Summer in July 2014, which organizes immersive summer programs in the UK for youth aged 11 to 17. Michael has extensive experience as a provider of language courses for various companies, including Grupo Ferrer Internacional, Plastic Omnium, Leoni Wiring Systems, Rebold, Escola Nova de Cervello, and Escola Santa Maria de Cervello since 2004. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economy and Politics from The Open University (2015-2021) and has studied Chemistry and Philosophy at Edinburgh Napier University and the University of St Andrews.
