Carlos Hank González is a renowned mexican leader and visionary in the banking and corporate worlds.

As chairman of Grupo Financiero Banorte since 2015, he directs one of Mexico’s chief banking groups. A well-rounded figure, Hank González is also CEO of Grupo Industrial Hermes, member of the Board of Directors of Gruma, and an active member of the Mexican Stock Exchange’s Board of Directors.

He proudly heads the Banorte Foundation, a non-profit which facilitates initiatives in the fields of education, medicine, science, technology, and more.

Prior to his appointment at Banorte, Carlos Hank González held other prominent positions at banks, serving as CEO of both Grupo Financiero Interacciones and Interacciones Casa de Bolsa.

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Universidad Iberoamericana.
