Alvaro Beckdorf Altschwager

Alvaro Beckdorf Altschwager is the Gerente General at Grupo Flesan Perú since January 2020, leading a diversified company that provides expert services in engineering, construction, and real estate across Chile and Peru. Previously, Alvaro held roles at Grupo Flesan Chile as Gerente General Servicios Compartidos and Analista de nuevos negocios, and co-founded Gesttiona in September 2020. Alvaro has experience in operational control at BNP Paribas Cardif and human resources analysis at Empresa Nacional del Petroleo ENAP. Early career experience includes project management at Constructora De Vicente and logistical coordination for post-earthquake initiatives with TECHO | TETO. Alvaro holds a degree in Civil Industrial Engineering from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and completed primary and secondary education at Colegio Alemán de Valparaiso.
