Edgard Rasquini Arnas has a diverse work experience in various industries. Edgard started their career as an Intern in Financial Planning and Control at Inditex, where they gained training in management and manufacturing. After that, they worked as a Lean Manufacturing Process Engineer at Bosch Brasil for a year. Edgard then joined Grupo Fleury, where they held several roles, including Product Management and Pricing Strategy Coordinator, Manager of Business Planning & Market Intelligence, and Senior Manager of Business Planning & Market Analytics. Currently, they are the Director of Strategy, Innovation, Business Intelligence, and Commercial Excellence at Grupo Fleury. Additionally, they serve as an Advisory Board Member at Live University.
Edgard Rasquini Arnas has a diverse education history. In 2023, they attended the Harvard Business School Executive Education program for a course on Strategy for Health Care Delivery. In 2019, they completed an executive education program in Business Analytics at The Wharton School. From 2015 to 2017, Edgard obtained their Master's degree in Business Administration from USP - Universidade de São Paulo. Edgard earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from UFSCar - Alumni, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. In 2009, they also pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at Universidade do Minho. In addition, Edgard has obtained certifications in the Advanced Spanish Course from UA - Universidad de Alicante / Universitat d'Alacant in 2009 and in English Language Programs from Harvard University in 2008.
