Fernando Ramos holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. Fernando further pursued a Specialization (CEAG) in Business Administration from the same institution, completing it in 2004-2005. To enhance their skills in entrepreneurship, Fernando attended a Summer Program at Babson College in 2008. In 2010, they pursued an MBA at the London Business School. Additionally, Fernando obtained a Board Member Certification in Corporate Governance from IBGC - Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance in 2010. Fernando also participated in a Summer Program focusing on BBA Global Business at The University of Texas at Austin in 1999. Fernando completed their secondary education at Colégio Vértice from 1994 to 1996.
