Lorena Plicque

Lorena Plicque is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in IT management and customer relationship areas. Since October 2018, Lorena has served as the Corporative IT Manager at Grupo Fleury, leading the implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Services for 16 brands across various departments. Prior to this role, Lorena was a Project Manager at Numen, focusing on distribution center implementations and change management. Lorena's experience also includes managing customer complaints as the Ombudsman Office Manager at IBM and overseeing consultancy projects in multiple countries. Lorena holds an MBA in Enterprise Management and a degree in Electrical Engineering, further enhancing a solid foundation in engineering and management.
