Prior experience includes CFO roles at Petz and Simpar, where Robson played a pivotal role in financial structuring for substantial growth and the management of M&A processes. Earlier positions included financial leadership at Medial Saúde S/A, contributing to revenue growth, as well as foundational roles in finance at Cigna Insurance Services and Seguros Unimed. Robson holds an MBA in Gestão Empresarial from FGV and a bachelor's degree in Ciências Econômicas from Universidade São Judas Tadeu.
