Ignacio Ruiz de la Torre

Ignacio Ruiz de la Torre has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Head of Development and Talent Management at Grupo Gimeno since May 2011. Previously, Ignacio worked at Vodafone from 2006 to 2011, focusing on human capital development in the Levante region. Prior to Vodafone, Ignacio was involved in organizational development consulting at Nueveconocho Consultores and gained initial experience in human resources at BP. Ignacio holds multiple degrees, including a qualification from ICADE Business School and advanced training in strategic human resources management.
