Jose Manuel Delgado Vargas

Jose Manuel Delgado Vargas is an experienced professional in network operations and customer service platforms, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service Platforms at Gtd Perú since March 2023. Previously, Jose managed the Network Operation Center at Azteca Comunicaciones Perú, overseeing daily operations of the Optical Fiber Network. Jose Manuel's extensive career includes roles such as Technical Project and Operations Manager at CALLUP, supporting various networks in Latin America, and multiple managerial positions at Nextel de México and Nextel del Perú, focused on network operations, planning, and delivery management. Jose holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Ricardo Palma, alongside various certifications in project management and telecommunications. Currently, Jose is pursuing further education in Business Administration at Camosun College.
