Karoll Daianna Betancur Duran is an experienced professional in the field of innovation, product development, and quality management, currently serving as an Analista de innovación y desarrollo at Grupo Hada since March 2023. Previous roles include Líder de desarrollo de producto at Anaveda, where Karoll focused on developing and researching cannabis-based cosmetic products while ensuring quality management processes and product traceability. At Super de Alimentos, responsibilities included leading quality processes and standardizing production plants. Karoll also has laboratory experience as a Químico de laboratorio and has contributed to academia as an Asistente de laboratorio at Universidad Nacional de Colombia, where supervision of reactants and monitoring their usage was essential. Karoll holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, obtained in June 2021.
